A self-paced wellbeing course for women rebuilding after trauma or domestic abuse. This course is for you if you’re ready to gently reconnect with your wellbeing, in a way that feels safe, supported and free from pressure. A Journey to Wellness is a trauma-informed programme created for women who’ve experienced domestic abuse and are now looking to rebuild their emotional and physical wellbeing. Whether you’re just beginning to look after yourself again, or you’ve already started your healing journey — this course meets you where you are. - Please note: this course is designed for women who are no longer in an abusive relationship, as it supports the process of rebuilding safety, identity and wellbeing. Over five carefully designed modules, you’ll learn simple tools to: * Understand how stress and trauma affect your mind and body * Reduce anxiety through grounding and mindfulness * Reconnect with rest, sleep, and nourishing choices without shame * Set gentle goals that feel safe and achievable * Rebuild confidence in small, meaningful ways You’ll be supported through: * Calming videos * Practical, printable tools * Gentle reflection activities * Optional email check-ins and grounding exercises There’s no rush and no pressure — just small steps back to yourself.
