She set up the Wellness Hub to help, support and teach women about improving their wellness after experiencing trauma. Through online courses and workshops she empowers women to rebuild their wellbeing after trauma and regain control of their lives, at their own pace.

A Journey To Wellness: Rebuilding After Abuse

Our signature course 'A Journey To Wellness' offers two gentle, supportive pathways designed to help women reclaim their wellbeing. Whether you're looking to enhance your overall health, mindset, and balance, or you're healing after the impact of domestic abuse and ready to rebuild your sense of safety, confidence, and inner strength, there is a course created for you. 

Both programmes blend trauma-informed guidance, mindfulness, and practical tools you can use in everyday life. Wherever you are on your journey, you will find a safe space to grow, heal and reconnect with yourself. 

This is more than a course. By the end of this journey, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, and more confident. You’ll have the tools to manage triggers, rebuild your sense of self, and step into a future filled with hope. You are not walking this path alone, I will be right here with you.

A gentle, self-paced online course designed for women healing after domestic abuse. 
This isn't therapy. It's not about fixing. 
It's a quiet space to help you rebuild your wellbeing - in your own time, at your own pace. With calming video's, grounding tools and real-life support to help ease anxiety, reconnect with yourself and feel more in control again.

Our mission is to inspire and empower women to rebuild their wellbeing after experiencing domestic abuse.  We help women to feel calmer and more present for their families, and importantly themselves. We aim to educate and support women, providing tools to overcome anxiety and foster emotional well-being.
