Mindfulness and Journaling - Holistic and Wellness Coaching

6 Week online Mindfulness Course: Helping Mums Reduce Stress + Overwhelm
Starting September 2024

TN2 Wellness Hub are looking forward to running another 6 week mindfulness course online, starting Thursday 5th September 2024. 

If you're new to mindfulness and meditation or would just like to have a regular practice this course is for you. 

With techniques and tips specifically designed for mums who feel stressed and overwhelmed. Join us for 6 x 1 hour sessions on zoom, learning why practicing mindfulness is beneficial for us and taking away tools and techniques to help us feel calmer. Book online or message me for more information.
