During this short course we will learn about mindfulness, it's benefits, where to start and we will do a body scan guided meditation. We will learn how mindfulness can affect our mind, body and brain. This course will take you approximately 1 hour to complete but the great thing is you can start it, pause it and come back to it another time. There is no start date and you can complete it at your own pace.
