This is a short course to get you started with journaling and learn the benefits of having a regular journaling practice. During this short course we will learn about journaling, it's benefits, where to start and we will do some journaling together using prompts. We will learn how journaling can benefit our mind, brain and even our body and physical health. This course will take you approximately 1 hour to complete (depending how long you pause the video in-between writing) and the great thing is you can start it, pause it and come back to it another time. There is no start date and you can complete it at your own pace.
